International seminars

ADF has been developing its training activities for several years, in many countries, all over the world. Alain Ducasse’s training centre joined forces with great gastronomic schools in order to be able to set up particular events of training in cooking and confectionery within their premises. These seminars consist of demonstration courses, and/or practical classes in order to offer participants the possibility to take part in the making of the recipes.
The aim of these seminars (which last 4 or 5 days) is enable professionals, students or amateurs to discover the excellence of French gastronomy
through Alain Ducasse’s cuisine. ADF offers many different themes for these events and can also set up tailor-made trainings according to its
partners’ requests.
