Prices for your information :
7 300 euros for 5 weeks, 13 400 euros for 10 weeks, 24 700 euros for 20 weeks.
All the trainings of the program, except for the «Trilogie à la Française d’Alain Ducasse», are likely to be taught in your restaurant. Suited to your needs since they are taught in your environment, the pedagogic contents of this training will enable your brigade to be immediately operational.
