FOR SALARIED ACTIVITY
The training plan
The training is financially supported through your OPCA ( Fafih, Opcareg, Agefos)
your training is financially supported by an OPCA (for example the Fafih, the Opcareg, the Agefos PM, or others.)
(Salaried activity). You have to apply for a financial support about 30 days before the beginning of your training period.
A few days before you come for the training, we will make sure your OCPA received your file and processed it.
If it was not the case, we would have to ask you for a deposit cheque covering the price of the training, which
we will send you back as soon as we get the agreement of financial support.
DIF
Every salaried person can benefit from a DIF equal to 20 hours a day ( up to 120 hours/ 6 years). The training is financially supported
through your Opca ( Fafih, Opcareg, Agefos etc).
The reform law about professional training created a new plan called DIF. This Individual Right to Training perfectly answers the current labour
market reality since staff competence and professionalism are ones of the essential elements that today’s companies have at their disposal in the field
of competitive advantages. In the past, training efforts were often only the result of a chef’s will, but now, in a context of dialogue, the employee has become
another major player in the running of his career and has to work to maintain and develop his employability. In order to do so, employers may open a
“catalogue” of trainings supported by the DIF. In order to be eligible for the DIF, chosen trainings have to correspond to the priorities set by the branch, but
since the agreements cover a large range of fields, all the trainings linked to the job become eligible. For hotel-and-restaurant owners, the various financial
supports of the DIF by an OCPA such as the FAFIH, or the OPCAREG range from 9.15 €/h to 30 €/h. If the training expenses are superior to the maximum financial
support or can not be supported by the DIF, they can be sponsored by the company training plan, as a complementary financing.
FOR NON SALARIED ACTIVITY
The training is financially supported by your local Agefice.
In order to confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit covering 50% of the training price, by cheque, credit card (by giving us the number and expiration date)
or by bank transfer, 30 days before the beginning of the training. The balance outstanding will have to be paid during the training. We will then give you a receipt
in order for you to get the reimbursement of your training expenses by the Agefice.
Your training is not financially supported by any organization (foreigners or people not depending on any OCPA). In order to confirm your reservation,
we ask for a deposit covering 50% of the training price, by cheque, credit card (by giving us the number and expiration date) or by bank transfer, 30 days
before the beginning of the training. The balance outstanding will have to be paid during the training.
